My Love For Louis Vuitton

I thought that for today’s blog post I would do something a little different and do a blog post all about one brand. It isn’t very often that I sit down and talk to you guys just about one brand, because I normally have too many different ones that I am excited to talk about, but I thought it was about time that I did a post all about one of my favourite brands, Louis Vuitton. I am sure that if you have followed my blog for some time, you will probably know that I have shown various Louis Vuitton items here and there over the years and that is simply because I love them.

I feel like for many people Louis Vuitton is a brand that they either seem to love or hate. I am very much on the love side of that spectrum, but when people don’t like this brand, they seem to really bloody hate it. I think for most people, the classic monogramme is a little too in your face. Plus, it is a very copied pattern and there are so many different counterfeit items out and about. I guess for me, it is just something that I have always grown up around and from the moment that I started earning my own money, I knew that I wanted to invest in some Louis Vuitton.

I think the reason why I wanted to sit down and write this post today was because I feel like Louis Vuitton is a great starting brand if you are wanting to dip your toe into the world of luxury and start purchasing some high-end items. I think the Louis Vuitton Neverfull was the first designer bag for most people and that was no different for me. They are items that are a reasonable price for a classic designer and they are very high-quality items. Overall, to me Louis Vuitton is a brand that I know I can rely upon because their items are stunning, and they are very desirable.

I have quite a few items from Louis Vuitton now and I simply adore all of them. I started out with their Neverfull handbag, which is an absolute classic. I then went ahead and got the ultimate treat with the Pochette Metis. I also have some of their chunky boots, a wallet and their stunning agenda. To me, this remains to be a brand that I am more than happy to spend my money on and keep investing in.

I feel like Louis Vuitton doesn’t have the same resale value such as brands like Chanel, because they do depreciate quite fast, whereas the more classic brands like Chanel or Hermes can even be worth more years later. But, for items that you are going to use, abuse and get your money's worth out of, I think that Louis Vuitton is just the most amazing brand. Like I said, I didn’t want to do this post to talk forever and a day about the brand in general, but I know that there are many people out there that are wanting to delve into high-end luxury and I really do think that this is a great starting point!

  1. Louis Vuitton is stunning, and I agree I absolutely love the brand! There's something so timeless and classic about it, these are gorgeous xx

Sending light & love your way,
