MAC Blusher in Style Review

If you have followed my blog for quite a while, you will know that I have been making my own MAC Pro Blush Palette. It all started after my OCD went a little off the rails one weekend and I ended up throwing out the vast majority of my makeup collection. From then, I decided that I would create my own MAC Pro Blush palette, with a carefully selected range of shades that not only suit my complexion, but ones that I thought I would get a lot of use out of. I have been creating this painstakingly over the past year or so and this one in the shade Style is the latest and final addition to my palette.

I went for the shade Style because I felt like it was the only shade that I was really missing from my collection. I wanted something that was a little lighter and peachier and I feel like this is the perfect shade. It even has a little shimmer running through it, which I absolutely adore, but I know that will put others off. I think that a little shimmer can just bring dimension back into the face and make you look lovely and glowing. I am so happy with this shade Style and I am so happy that I picked it up. Before I bought it, I spent a lot of time looking at shades online to make sure that I finished my palette with.

I am sure that I have said with this every single MAC Blusher review that I have uploaded but one of the reason why I opted for this brand in particular is because of how stunning they are and how well they blend into the skin. They seem to have everything just so perfectly balanced in these blushers and that is why I love them so much. I have gone in numerous times with these blushers with a heavy hand and I have ended up looking like coco the clown. But all I have needed to do is take a clean blending brush like my MAC 187 and buff it over the whole area and because of how blendable the product is, it buffs out and looks stunning.

I always struggle with that to say when I am reviewing a blusher because they are fairly basic products, but I just want to touch on the most important items. The main thing that I want to focus on is how lovely and pigmented the product is. If you swatch this onto the back of your hand you can see just how pigmented the product is, and it is such a beautiful level. I would say that this is close in pigmentation levels to my Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blush in Sex on Fire, which I am sure that we all know is my absolute favourite.

There really isn’t much more that I can say about this blusher other than the fact that I absolutely adore it. I think that it is the perfect addition to my MAC palette and I am so glad that this is the final shade that I have added because I know what I am going to get so much use out of it. This blends into the skin so beautifully, no matter how I apply it and it looks lovely and natural on the skin. The pigmentation of this product is just perfect, and I love reaching for it on a daily basis. This has very quickly become one of my most used makeup items in my whole collection and I am so happy to have my hands on it.

I will leave a link to this product down below in case you want to check it out for yourself. Make sure to look at swatches online and you will be able to see the stunning tone of this blusher and how it works with various skin tones. Leave me a comment down below and let me know what your favourite blusher shade is, and I will have to check it out for myself.

  2. I think it's really important to find products that suit our complexion and wear every day than having a ton of products that don't wear at all. I don't own many products from MAC, I used to buy lipsticks many years ago.
