Charlotte Tilbury Cheek To Chic Blush in Sex on Fire

Blusher is a product that I have never really been bothered about trying before and that probably explains why my makeup is seriously lacking when it comes to blushers. If you look through my drawers of makeup, you will see countless bronzers and other base products, but not so many blushers. I think when it comes to it, I am just more of a bronzer kind of girl than I am blusher. Even when new ones come out, I have never really been compelled to try them before because they just don’t appeal to me that much, no matter how stunning they may look on somebody else.

These Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blushers have really caught my eye. I am sure that most people will have seen these online because most people refer to them as ‘nipple’ blushers, because of what they look like in the pan. In the end, curiosity got the better of me and I ended up going ahead and treating myself to one of these and I went for the shade Sex on Fire. I saw a video of Charlotte Tilbury herself using this on Olivia Culpo and I could not deny that it looked absolutely to die for on her, so the next time I put in a haul, I decided to pick this up and give it a go for myself.

The thing about this range of blushers is the fact that you get two shades in the one pan. You get a lighter outer shade and then you get a pop of colour in the middle. I think the idea behind it is that you swirl your brush in the lighter shade to apply along your cheekbones and then you tap your brush into the centre deeper shade to get a pop of colour onto the apples of your cheeks. To be honest, even though I do like the principle of the product, I just swirl my brush through both of the colours and then go in and apply it to my cheeks using my trust Morphe E4 brush.

Now I just want to say that the shade of this blusher is absolute to die for. Like I said, I picked up the shade Sex on Fire, which is a lighter and deeper pink shade. I feel like this colour matches my complexion perfectly and it has the right undertones to really suit my olive skin tone and that is why I am so obsessed with it and why I have been reaching for it so often recently. Plus, if I am a touch paler, I will just use the lighter outer shade from the palette, so Sex on Fire really is the perfect colour combination for me and my skin. Because of this, I have found myself reaching for this most days and I really love it.

Another huge selling point in my opinion with this Cheek to Chic blush is that I find to be really nice and creamy which makes it lovely and blendable when you are applying it on the cheeks. Whenever I use blusher, I always use my Morphe E4 to apply it with and I feel like it does a great job of getting a really flawless and airbrushes look on the skin. I always just swirl my brush in the product to get both shades and then I lightly tap off the excess onto the back of my hand and then I go in and blend it from the apples of my cheeks along to the back of my cheekbones to get a very natural and diffused kind of look.

I don’t really want to make this post any longer than it needs to be, because it genuinely isn’t needed. I think that this Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blusher is just beautiful. I love that you get two shades in the one pan, I think that it blends into the skin like an absolute dream and the colour pay off is just perfect. I love reaching for this because I think it looks stunning on the skin and I have been reaching for it far more than I ever thought I would. I will leave a link to this product down below in case you want to check it out for yourself. Make sure to leave me a comment and let me know if you have tried these out and what you thought about the range!
