Morphe E20 Blending Brush

I have wanted this Morphe E20 brush for the longest time. I think I first saw it on Jaclyn Hill's YouTube when she was going through her favourite Morphe Brushes and from then I was desperate for it. I literally have been trying to get it ever since I first saw it, but it was bloody hard to get it here in the UK. I first looked on the Morphe website and even though they had it in stock the shopping and taxes to have it delivered here to the UK was just craziness. In just shipping alone I would have paid near enough double what the brush was worth, so I decided not to bother.

Then I finally ordered it from a company here in the UK. I won’t say the company name because they were fucking awful to be brutally honest. I bought several brushes from this certain company and they all got lost in the post and the company just told me that it was my issue, they weren’t going to reimburse me or send me anymore because they didn’t believe that I hadn’t received them. I was astounded. I have never used a company with worst customer service. I can remember that once I placed an order from House of Fraser for over £600 and that didn’t get delivered to me and they sent one out the same day for me to get the following day. I just thought that the whole experience with this company was disgusting!

In the end, I just went and bought them from another company somewhere else in the UK, I will admit that it was a little more expensive, but at least they have customer service skills and I got my parcel through in no time at all. I wish I could tell you who the company was, but I guess that we all have bad days and these things can happen, I hope that it was just a fluke on their part. I might have to try ordering from them again in the future and if I have a similar kind of experience, I will share all with you guys.

Anyway, let me get onto this brush. The Morphe E20 is one that I have lusted over for so long. I wanted this brush for the sole purpose of blending out the concealer underneath my eyes. I tend to reach for quite a thick and creamy concealer for my under-eye area in an attempt to try and hide my darkness and I thought that this Morphe E20 would be the perfect tool to blend out the concealer and get a nice and even finish to my concealer. Since, I bought this brush, I have found so many more uses for it than just blending out my concealer and I thought that I would share that with you here in this blog post.

One of the main things that I love about this brush is the domed bristles and how densely packed they are. I think that this brush does a beautiful job of blending out concealer, but I also use it for applying foundation in tight areas like around my nose and the inner corner of my eye. I also use this brush to spot conceal and it is a great brush to keep in my handbag for cream touch ups on the go. I don’t think that this brush was initially created to be used with cream products, but I think that it works stunningly with creams, liquids and powders. I think that this is because of how perfect the bristles are, so it just means that it does everything so effortlessly.

Over the past couple of months, I have been trying out various Morphe brushes and so far, I have loved all of them. I have made no secret here on my blog that I am a huge fan of the Morphe M439 and M527 brushes and I have mentioned them so many times. With regards to softness of the brush, I really didn’t think that you could beat the Real Techniques brushes, but it think it is safe to say that the Morphe brushes that I have tried so far blow them out of the water, which is absolutely incredibly for the price of them.

I have been using this brush pretty much every single day since I first bought it and it is safe to say that it has come a favourite of mine. I love reaching for this because it does such a wide range of jobs and does a bloody good job. I will leave a link to this brush down below in case you want to check it out for yourself. Make sure to leave me a comment and let me know if you have tried this brush out or what your favourite Morphe brush is!

  4. I've heard a lot of varying opinions about Morphe brushes, so I'm curious whether or not they are actually good. Perhaps I'll try it out as a concealer brush <3

    1. I know!
I stayed away from them to start with because I felt like YouTubers were been biased about them because they get commission, but now I have tried them, I love them!
