MAC Blush in Fever

When I first bought this blusher, I didn’t set out on doing a post about it. This was just a product that I bought because I wanted to put it into my pro palette because I didn’t have another colour like this in my collection. When I first started using it, I realised how much I love it and I have been wearing it pretty much every day, which is a big thing for me because I very rarely wear blusher at all. For an everyday look, I tend to just go in with bronzer on top of my powder and that is about it, but since I bought this, I have actually been reaching for it day in and day out and really loving how it has been looking.
As some of you may know from some of my earlier posts but I am gathering together and creating a MAC Pro Palette full of blushes. I have OCD, and for me, that means that I cannot have loads of different compacts scattered all around. The same goes for eyeshadows, I need to have palettes where things are controlled so I don’t have thousands of small individual products, which is why I am still to try anything by brands like Colorpop, because I can’t do all of the bloody pots!

The first shade that I put into my MAC Pro Blush Palette was Frankly Scarlett and I really do love that shade, it has been my go to for such a long time but I felt like I just wanted something new to play with for a change, so I went to the MAC counter and swatched colours for what felt like hours. I left the counter with an arm full of swatches and MAC Fever in my bag. I went for this shade because it just seemed so different from any blusher that I had tried before and the colour looked really nice on my skin with it having deeper undertones, it seemed to really pair with how tanned I am.

When I got this back home and into my Pro Palette I started playing around with it. To make this work, I did have to tone down the bronzer, which is something that I just hate doing, I am normally bronzed to the high heavens, but for this blusher I did find that I had to tone it down to make it look at least half natural on my skin. To me, this blusher is very similar to the MAC Frankly Scarlett that I mentioned earlier no in this post, but I would say that the undertones of this Fever blusher are more purple based, whereas the Frankly Scarlett is predominantly pink.
I don’t want to turn this post into something that is long, I just wanted to let you guys that I have a new favourite go to blusher colour. I have been wearing this pretty much nonstop and it looks flawless. With it being a MAC blusher, you know that it is going to be good quality and it is going to blend out really easily and look good. I just wanted to mention this shade Fever, because it isn’t really like another blusher that I have tried before and it is one of the best ones that I have found works for me tanned skin.

Anyway, I will leave that here to refrain from boring you guys to tears, I just wanted to give my tanned ladies a little heads up. I will link to this product down below in case anybody wants to check it out. Make sure you leave me a comment down below and let me know what your favourite blushers are!
