Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer vs Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer

This post is pegging my two favourite concealers against each other. This is going to be a hard one because I love them both so much that I don’t want to critique any of them but I will do it for the good of the blog post!

As you may know I suffer with my dark circles so I hoard concealers like they are going out of fashion. I love concealer and how it can just completely transform the face. The Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealers have both been the top of my collection for such a long time, so I thought I would give you a little more info on them both…

First up I want to start with the amount of product that you get in both of these concealers. With the Nars Radiant Creamy concealer you get 6ml. With the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer, you get 5ml. So the Nars does have 1ml more but at the end of the day who would notice 1ml. So I would say for this score hey are on an even playing field.

Now for how both of these concealers are dispensed. Both the Urban Decay and the Nars have a wand that applied the concealer. I do have to say that the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer does have quite a hard applicator whereas the Urban Decay Naked Concealer has a flexible wand which is really nice to use because it contours to the shape of your face.

Now for the consistency of these products. The Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer is a very lightweight consistency, as it says in the name it is weightless, so it goes on really nice and blends out nice and feels like nothing on the skin. The Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer has a much thicker consistency, but it isn’t too thick and I like that feel because I can feel it covering my dark circles better.

The coverage of both of these concealers is full and it can be built up to get it even more full coverage, which is what I love. These two concealers really are on an even playing field when it comes to coverage.

Now for the packaging. The Nars I do have to say does feel nicer. It is a glass tube with very simple script on it and a nice matte top. Don’t get me wrong the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer does have nice packaging but it does seem a little fussier with all the text on it.

Finally, for the price, the Urban Decay Concealer is £17.50 and the Nars Radiant Concealer is £22.50. Both of these I think are really good prices for such high qualities.

Then to conclude, this is normally where I tell you which one I would prefer, but on this blog post I just can’t do that. These are both really incredible and I love them for different reasons. For a daily basis I do love the Urban Decay Concealer, but for them days where I am struggling and I need more coverage I will reach for the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer.

If you are on the market for a new concealer I would say look no further than any of these two concealer. They are both so good and I cannot see myself using anything but these!

I will link below to both of the products mentioned in this blog post and if you have any comments or questions please feel free to leave them below and I will get right back to you!
