Charlotte Tilbury Haul!

Anybody who knows me knows that I have a very unhealthy Charlotte Tilbury obsession. Between the packaging and the quality of the products I have just fallen in love with the brand. Growing up and loving makeup the way I do Charlotte Tilbury was always a name that I knew of so when she brought out her own cosmetics line, I had to own every single thing.

So, every now and again, I will go mad on her website and splurge on items that I don’t really need, but that I just really want to own. I think most of the time it is the stunning vintage rose gold packaging that draws me in, either way, I love it.

So, with my Christmas bonus I decided to treat myself. So, before I bore you all to death by making the intro pages long, as normal, I will jump into the post…

1)        Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Very Victoria

I am yet to find my ideal Charlotte Tilbury lipstick shade. I thought that my favourite would be Super Cindy but I think it is a little too light for my olive complexion. This looks like a nice deep nude. On the swatches that I have already tried out it seems much deeper and perfect for what I want. A full post will be coming on this lipstick soon, so be sure to keep an out for it!

2)          Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk

This I think is a classic Charlotte Tilbury product. People seem to go mad for this lip cheat, it is just such a stunning colour and it seems to be universal to so many different skin tones. I personally love this for under my neutral coloured lipsticks, it just helps me to define and correct the shape of my lips which I love about it. Plus, it is really creamy and glides on so smoothly in comparison to some other lip liners.

3)          Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow Primer

I have never really been a big fan of primers because I am sceptical about paying for something that is clear. Plus, the majority of my skin type is pretty normal so I have never felt the need for a primer. But, when I heard Charlotte describe this as the Giselle filter I knew I had to own it. If it is in anyway going to give me a look that even resembles the goddess that is Giselle I am all over that shit!

4)          Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blush in Sex on Fire

I knew that I wanted to give one of the swish and pop blushers ago. I think what you are meant to do is sweep your blush through the lighter shade and then add a pop of colour to the apples of the cheeks using the centre darker shade. I got this shade because it looks a nice flush for me and my skin tone.

5)        Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze and Glow Palette

I cannot believe how long it has taken me to try this product out. I have wanted it for the longest time but I just couldn't commit to spending all that money, but now I am really glad that I did. I have been using this to death these past few weeks and I am hooked on it. I had a full review of it already up on my blog from a couple days ago, so be sure to check that out. But overall, I have been loving this.

There you have my latest splurge. I can already feel another one creeping up so be sure to keep an eye out for it. Also, if you have any questions please leave them in the comments box below and I will get right back to you!
