I have been trying to keep a reign on my spending lately, I saw that though and I have literally just been flicking through the Sephora website trying to find things that I can waste my money on. But recently I have treat myself and been buying a little more. There seems to be so much that I am in love with at the minute, so I thought that I would do a little post, to let you know about some of the thing that I recommend people try, right at this minute!
There is a nice mix of products and brands in this post. I have been trying to branch out and try some new things and these are just the things that I have been using day in and day out and I am obsessed with them. Without any more rambling I will jump into the post…

Too Faced Sweet Heart 'Sweet Tea' Bronzer Review

After trying out the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation and falling madly in love with it, I knew that I wanted to try out some more products by the brand. There are a couple Too Faced products that I have my eye on and I really wanted to order them a couple months ago when I bought the foundation, but having not tried anything by Too Faced before, I thought I would just stick to the foundation for the time being and see how it got on with my skin. Now I am ready to start spending some cash on some other Too Faced products and I thought that I would start with this Sweet Heart Bronzer.
I have had my eye on this Too Faced Sweet Heart Bronzer for years now. I can remember watching Casey Holmes use this is a makeup tutorial and when she applied this product it just looked so stunning on her skin. I put it onto my wish list and that is where it has lived for the past couple of years. Casey Holmes to me is just one of them YouTubers that no matter what she does, I have to copy her. She just seems like such a nice girl and so down to earth, I am obsessed with her. Plus, we have the same skin type, so a lot of the product that she uses seem to work pretty well for me.

10 High End Beauty Products Worth The Splurge

High end makeup is my weakness. I just can’t really seem to stop buying. I was sat at my vanity last week and I opened the draws and I was a little ashamed at the same time of being a little proud about how much makeup I actually own. Proud, because there is so much, ashamed because of how much money I have spent over the years!
But, it didn’t stop me buying more. I think everybody has their guilty pleasure, it just happens to be that mine is very expensive makeup. Not to mention, expensive shoes and handbags as well but we will leave that out of this post. This post is just dedicated to my love of high end makeup products. I sat at my vanity for ages when I first started to think about this post. I wanted to whittle it down and tell you the 10 products that I think without a shadow of a doubt, are worth the money that I spend on it. So, without further rambling on, I will jump into the post!

Chanel Correcteur Perfection Long Lasting Concealer Review

I have been blogging for quite some time now, and even before I was blogging I was an avid reader of beauty blogs, and over all of that time, I have never seen anybody talk about this Chanel Concealer. I was stood at the Chanel beauty counter one day buying my restock of my Chanel No5 and I saw it and swatched it and it looked really good, so I decided to pick one up. It just intrigued me that nobody seems to talk about this and I wanted to know if I had found myself a little hidden gem, or if there was a reason why this people don’t tend to mention this concealer. I have only had good experiences in the past when it comes to Chanel makeup, so I couldn’t wait to try this out properly.

As normal, I bought this concealer not only to hide the darkness underneath my eyes, but I also use it to highlight with. And because I do use a concealer not only to conceal my darkness, but to highlight my face, I want my concealer to have a high level of pigmentation, but also feel nice on the skin. Recently I have been pegging everything against the Nars Soft Matte Concealer, Tarte Shape Tape Concealer and my old favourite the Urban Decay Naked Weightless Concealer. If anything can come close to them, then they are a winner in my book!

My Favourite Drugstore Makeup

I have been taking a look through my content and it made me realise the lack of drugstore makeup here on my blog. I guess over the years I have just been more compelled to trying high end makeup. So, I thought I would have a riffle through my drawers and try to rediscover some of my favourite drugstore products, and you never know it might convince me to try some new things out.
I feel that recently drugstore seems to have stepped up their game a little bit. They seem to be using bloggers hell of a lot more to promote their products which is probably why I have been compelled to have a dig in my drawers. I just feel that even though drugstore has improved since I was younger, there is still a big gap between the quality of drugstore and high-end and that is why I tend to reach for my pricier products on a daily basis.
Anyway, here are my top drugstore picks…

Cover FX Oil Free Foundation Review

This Cover FX Oil Free foundation has been on my radar for such a long time and I cannot believe that I am only just getting around to trying it out. I think I first saw this foundation in a makeup tutorial by Jaclyn Hill. She said the words flawless and full coverage in the same sentence about this foundation and them two things just scream out to me, so it went onto my wishlist. As much as I wanted to try this out, I didn’t really jump to buying it. There just always seem to be something shiny and new that I try instead. It wasn’t until I was doing some rather reckless internet shopping late one night that I thought what harm is another £30 on top of the fortune that I am already spending. Let me just say that I am probably House of Frasers most loyal beauty customer!
When I first got this delivered I have to admit that I was a little underwhelmed by the packaging, but then again, I saw what it looked like online and I knew it was just a simple squeezy tube. I guess that it is great for travelling with and making sure that you get every scrap of product out, but it just doesn’t really look that great. When I am paying high end prices for a product I like to have some nice packaging to show for it, but like I said, it isn’t really a big deal and to 95% of people, it really won’t matter what the bottle or packaging looks like, as long as what is inside is really good quality.

Products I Always Repurchase

Even though I try out new makeup almost constantly, there are some items in my pretty vast collection that I will repurchase time and time again. When I fall in love with a product and I feel that they really work for me and my skin, I will use it to death. These are the products that I use on a near enough daily basis. Even though I have drawers full of makeup, for a day to day basis, I just want to use products that I know are going to work for me and keep my skin looking nice and flawless and that is why I go back to using the same products over and over again.
I am just of the opinion that when you find something that works well for you, just run with it. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. That is why I religiously use these products. I am sure that you will have heard me mention pretty much everything in this blog post so many times. At the end of the day, these are my favourite products which is why I am always running out of them. Anyway, without any more rambling on, here are my most repurchased makeup products…
